Best shows on Netflix in February 2023

Happy 2023! The new year is in full swing, and lucky for you, there are tons of good shows to watch right now. To make it easier to pick out what to watch, we shared a list of the best shows on Netflix right now.

There are so many good Netflix shows being released throughout the year, and some of them aren’t even those big titles you’re used to seeing!

What’s different about this list than Netflix Life’s list of the best Netflix shows or the list of the best Netflix shows coming in 2023? Well, think of this list as the hottest of the hot Netflix shows. While those lists are big and comprehensive, this is short and sweet and has all the shows you should be watching THIS MINUTE if you haven’t seen them yet.

We want to make sure our readers have the most up-to-date list of the best shows on Netflix. So, feel free to revisit as you need new shows to watch on the streaming service.

Let’s get the list started with You starring Penn Badgley.

*Updated on Feb. 15, 2023*

You

Created by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble

Cast: Penn Badgley, Elizabeth Lail, Luca Padovan, Zach Cherry, Shay Mitchell, Victoria Pedretti, Jenna Ortega, James Scully, Ambyr Childers, Carmela Zumbado, Saffron Burrows, Tati Gabrielle, Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Dylan Arnold, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy Leigh Hickman, Ed Speleers, and Lukas Gage

You remains one of the best and most popular shows on Netflix. Fans can’t get enough of Penn Badgley as the big weirdo, creep, Joe Goldberg. The series is based on the book series by Caroline Kepnes, and lucky for fans, there are several books in the series.

You season 4 premiered on Netflix on Thursday, Feb. 8, and it’s been a monster hit for fans of the Netflix show. The streamer just announced that more than 92 million hours of season 4 were watched on its opening weekend. With only five episodes, that’s a big opening weekend!

In the fourth season, Joe’s ventures take him to London and into a life of luxury as a prestigious university professor named Jonathan. Joe has changed for good this time and has left his murderous ways behind him, but this mystery is far from over.

Netflix is doing something different with You season 4. The season is still 10 episodes, but it’s being split into two parts. You season 4 part 2 arrives on Netflix on March 8, one month after the first half of the season premiered.

It will be interesting to say what happens from here on out, but I think it’s safe to say You season 4 is on its way to being one of the biggest Netflix shows of 2023.
