School Spirits cast ages: How old is the cast in real life?

In a surprising move, Netflix is set to receive the first season of the Paramount+ teen supernatural series School Spirits on Nov. 30. While the exact reason for why the streamer is receiving the show is unknown, it’s believed that it’s been licensed out to Netflix so that it can pull in a new audience base. But honestly, we’re just happy that we Netflix Lifers finally get the chance to see it.

Based on the upcoming graphic novel of the same name by Megan and Nate Trinrud and Maria Nguyen, School Spirits is a show following a teen girl named Maddie who finds herself a ghost trapped in afterlife limbo at her high school after being brutally murdered. She, along with her other spirit friends, work together to uncover the truth behind her murder and find the killer.

The teen series is made up of a bunch of young rising actors, including Cobra Kai star Peyton List. But are the actors playing the teen characters actually teenagers in real life? Here are the current ages of the cast as well as some more juicy deets!

How old is Peyton List?

Pictured above in the center is actress Peyton List. She stars in the leading role of Maddie Nears, a teen girl who mysteriously dies and gets stuck in the afterlife. Now, she’s determined to find out the truth about how she got there as well as find her killer.

Peyton was born on April 6, 1998, in Florida, making her 25 years old and her zodiac sign Aries. She might be young, but she already has a lot of acting credits to her name. You might recognize Peyton from her previous role as Emma Ross in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie.

Before that, she had roles in the movies 27 Dresses and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid film series. You might recognize Kristian from his role as Evan in the action comedy flick The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and Connor in the Hulu comedy series Reboot. His most recent role was playing Aaron in the sci-fi thriller Gray Matter.

Kiara plays the role of Nicole Herrera, another one of Maddie’s close friends who works together with Simon to uncover the truth behind Maddie’s disappearance. Spencer plays Xavier Baxter, Maddie’s boyfriend who was cheating on her with her childhood friend.
