Netflix is adding 45 new movies and shows this week (Nov. 26, 2023)

This week brings the end of one month and the beginning of another, and with that comes a bunch of new movies and shows to Netflix. The lineup will include a new season of a Netflix Original series, a bunch of DC movies, and a new Netflix drama with a star-studded cast.

First up is Virgin River season 5 part 2! The second half of season 5 is headed to Netflix on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, and will take audiences back to the drama-filled town. Mel may be finding out who her biological father is, there will be a few holiday episodes thrown in, and there will be more with Brie, Lark, Mike, and Brady.

DC is also coming to Netflix this week! A bunch of the comic book movies are headed to the streaming service on Friday, Dec 1. This includes The Batman, Man of Steel, Batman v. Superman. Suicide Squad, Birds of Prey, Shazam!, Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman: 1984, and Justice League. If you’ve been wanting to watch these movies or you want to do a complete binge-watch, now is the perfect time.

Virgin River and May December new on Netflix this week

May December will be available to stream this week as well. You can check out the drama starting on Friday, Dec. 1. The cast of the film includes Natalie Portman, Julianne Moore, Charles Melton, Jocelyn Shelfo, and Elizabeth Yu.

The movie follows a married couple whose relationship is put under pressure when an actress arrives to do research on a role. The couple had a tabloid romance in the past, but will this new arrival put them to the ultimate test?
