Selling Sunset season 7 cast: Who’s new and who’s returning?

After a short break, Selling Sunset is back like it never left! The highly anticipated seventh season is now streaming on Netflix, and the drama definitely gets bumped up a notch. Our favorite real estate agents are back to sell luxurious homes in the Los Angeles area while also continuing to navigate their personal lives.

But who all returns in Selling Sunset season 7? Are there any new agents or cast members this season? If you’re wondering about who you can expect to see in the popular reality series latest season, all you need to do is continue reading.

Selling Sunset season 7 returning cast

There isn’t really a cast shake-up this season. The majority of the season 6 cast returns in season 7. The Selling Sunset season 7 cast members were confirmed when the official poster dropped in October 2023.

Of course, the show’s main star, Chrishell Stause, is back. I mean, it wouldn’t be a show if she wasn’t in it, in my opinion. Then, there’s Nicole Young, whom Chrishell had the most drama with last season. Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Bre Tiesi also return. And we can’t forget about Brett and Jason Oppenheim, the co-founders of the Oppenheim Group.

Notably missing from the season 7 poster is real estate agent Heather Rae El Moussa. She appears in three episodes this season, but that’s it. However, this wasn’t surprising because she had revealed in March 2023 that she hadn’t been asked to come back. She did say that she might appear in a “few episodes,” though. I guess a few meant three.

Although not main cast members, Romain Bonnet (Mary’s husband) and Marie-Lou Nuerk (Jason’s former girlfriend) also appear in some episodes. Chrishell’s partner, G Flip, makes several appearances as well.

New cast members in Selling Sunset season 7

So, there aren’t any new real estate agents officially joining the Oppenheim Group this season. However, there is a new cast member introduced, and she immediately ruffles one of the agent’s feathers. Her name is Cassandra Dawn. You can find her on Instagram @cassandradawnxo.

When introduced in the show, she tells some of the Oppenheim Group’s agents that she does real estate. She tells them that she works for a company called Christie’s in Beverly Hills. While almost everyone from the Oppenheim Group welcomes her with open arms, one particular agent wants nothing to do with her. Apparently, Cassandra and this other agent knew of each other in the past. We don’t want to spoil who the agent is, so you’ll have to find out by watching the new season on Netflix.
