Four months after its theatrical release that garnered millions upon millions of dollars, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is finally coming to Netflix!

This is amazing news for fans who didn’t get a chance to view the sequel in theaters, but even better news for those who only watched the first installment, Into the Spider-Verse, on Netflix and have been waiting for the streaming service to release the film ever since. What’s more, the release is perfect for those who’ve been wanting to rewatch every second of the film.

All in all, Netflix is hooking us up with Across the Spider-Verse. Here’s when you can stream every second!

Across the Spider-Verse to release on Netflix on Halloween!

Safe to say, Netflix wanted to gift something to those who may be staying in on Halloween night, as the streaming site is set to release Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on Tuesday, Oct. 31!

Check out the official announcement (via @Netflix) here!

As mentioned above, the release is only for those with Netflix subscriptions in the United States. Even so, this may be a good sign for other countries, so be sure to stay tuned with us to learn more about when (or if) this day will come when Across the Spider-Verse will arrive in your country.

The Spider-Verse is back and better than ever in this sequel!

As we know, our protagonist Miles Morales is blessed with the opportunity of meeting different Spider-people like himself. His friends not only push him to be the best person that he can be but are also with him every step of the way. This definitely comes in handy because, in this sequel, Miles is tested beyond belief.

Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) and Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld) take on The Spot (Jason Schwartzman) in Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation’s SPIDER-MAN™: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE.

Miles’ world gets shaken up once again when it’s revealed to him that his father will die in the near future; the fate of all those who are blessed (and cursed) with the mask. Naturally, Miles isn’t going to sit back and let his father die. But going against the natural order comes at a price.

See all this and more in the official trailer for Across the Spider-Verse below.

Trust us, you aren’t going to want to miss a single second of this release. Be sure to head to Netflix on Tuesday, Oct. 31, to stream Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse!
