What is Selling the OC season 2 about?

Netflix’s reality series Selling the OC first came to the platform in August 2022. The Selling Sunset spinoff follows The Oppenheim Group’s real estate team based in Newport Beach, California. Like the show’s predecessor, Selling the OC season 1 didn’t disappoint when it came to drama or luxurious oceanfront listings. The second season dropped on Sept. 8, 2023, but what is it all about? Here’s everything you need to know about the second season of Selling the OC.

Selling the OC season 2 is similar to the first in many ways. The second season has eight episodes and features a lot of the same cast, including twins Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim. Even though Brett technically left in season 1, he’ll still be back in the second season.

Selling the OC season 2 synopsis

When season 1 ended, Jarvis and Rose got into it with Kayla Cardona, Polly Brindle, and Alexandra Hall. That’s because they claimed Kayla and Alexandra had been inappropriate with Tyler after the infamous nose-biting incident.

The official Netflix press release describes the second season of Selling the OC as follows:

"Reputations, romances, and relationships are on the line when The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County team returns for season two of Selling the OC. These young and hungry agents will risk everything while navigating a hot real estate market and even hotter rumors."
