Selling The OC renewed at Netflix (for seasons 2 and 3!)

Reality TV fans, get ready to jump for joy because Netflix has just renewed Selling The OC for two additional seasons! Yes, you read that right. Selling The OC will be returning with a second and third season on Netflix soon. We shared all the important details concerning the show’s renewal below.

If you’re unfamiliar with the show, Selling The OC is a spinoff to the popular reality series Selling Sunset. The first season premiered on Netflix in August 2022, and many people tuned in to see if the show was just as good as the original series. While opinions vary, it looks like enough people watched it to score not one but two additional installments.

The reality series follows the real estate agents at the Oppenheim Group’s second office in Newport Beach, California. They’re all looking to establish themselves as luxury realtors while also trying to balance their personal lives at the same time. The first season ends with most of the real estate agents against the two most successful agents at the office. It’ll be interesting to see how things turn out in Selling The OC season 2. Will more friendships be tested?

Selling The OC renewed for seasons 2 and 3

Unfortunately, there isn’t any information on Selling The OC season 3 other than the fact that it’s officially happening. Actually, Netflix didn’t really provide any details about the second season, either.

What we do know is that production on Selling The OC season 2 is scheduled to start this winter. This means cameras will start rolling somewhere between now (Jan. 18) and March 20. It’s unknown how long filming will last, but we’re probably looking at about three to four months of production. Production on the first season lasted for about four months, so there’s a possibility filming for the second season will last this long. Once we learn of the Selling The OC season 2 production schedule, we’ll share it with you right away.

Who’s in the Selling The OC season 2 cast?

Sadly, Netflix did not announce who will be in the second season. However, we can probably expect all of the first season’s cast to return since none of them left the Oppenheim Group in the first season. This means we would see the return of Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Shortt, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, and Tyler Stanaland. I’m pretty sure Jason and Brett Oppenheim will also appear throughout the second season.
