Don’t Worry Darling cast: Who’s in the thriller movie?

In a surprise move, Netflix dropped Don’t Worry Darling on its platform on Sept. 1. If you’ve added this movie to your watchlist and are looking forward to watching it soon, we must share with you who stars in it. As a heads up, there are several well-known actors in the cast I’m sure you’ll know as well.

Once Don’t Worry Darling was released on Netflix, tons of people began to make their way to the streaming platform to watch it, and now we’re starting to see a lot of discourse on the internet about the film.

It’s a psychological thriller helmed by Olivia Wilde from a screenplay written by Katie Silberman. It follows a young 1950s housewife named Alice who lives in an idealistic desert company town with her husband who works in a top-secret facility. But soon, Alice begins to question her life and suspects that there could be something much more sinister to their utopian experimental community.

We weren’t sure if Don’t Worry Darling would ever come to Netflix, but it had been available to stream on Max (formerly HBO Max) since November 2022. It’s unclear how long this movie will be streaming on Netflix, so it’s important that you get to it as soon as possible.

Academy Award-nominated actress Florence Pugh stars in one of the leading roles as Alice. She’s best known for her role as Yelena Belova in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She’s played the role of Yelena Belova in the superhero film Black Widow and the superhero miniseries Hawkeye. She was also in other movies such as Lady Macbeth, Outlaw King, Midsommar, Little Women, The Wonder, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, A Good Person and Oppenheimer. We’ll see her next in the films Dune: Part Two and We Live in Time.

Grammy Award-winning singer Harry Styles portrays the role of Jack, Alice’s husband. Styles is best known for being a former member of the popular boy band, One Direction. Since leaving the boy group, not only has Styles continued to put out music as a solo artist, but he has begun to take on movie roles. He has appeared in movies such as Dunkirk, Eternals and My Policeman.

The thriller film is rated R, meaning it may be inappropriate for ages under 17. It was given this age rating for sexuality, violent content, and strong language. Overall, this isn’t a movie for a younger audience. We recommend watching this film when no kids are around.
