Looking to catch up on the contestants from Love is Blind season 4? Unsurprisingly, the latest season of the Netflix reality show was incredibly dramatic and entertaining, as singles took part in a unique experience that saw them falling in love and getting engaged sight unseen! In the end, multiple couples found their person and ended up getting married in the finale, but unfortunately, not everyone was so lucky. One couple in particular, Micah Lussier and Paul Peden, were complicated.

And as the new special, Love is Blind: After the Altar season 4, proves, Micah and Paul were still in a weird place a year after their season wrapped. Netflix just dropped three new episodes on Friday, Sept. 1, that give us a glimpse into the contestants’ lives one year later. So what’s going on with Micah and Paul? They got engaged on Love is Blind, but they did not end up getting married.

Are Micah and Paul still dating after Love is Blind?

As fans will recall, Paul ended up saying no to Micah on the altar (ouch!) after realizing he wasn’t sure he wanted to marry her. His reasoning for his decision to say no was that he couldn’t picture her as a mom and didn’t feel she had maternal qualities, which was news to Micah. Though she wasn’t mad that he felt that way, she was frustrated that he never expressed that to her leading up to their wedding.

In Love is Blind: After the Altar season 4, it’s revealed that Micah and Paul had still been talking and trying to figure out if they should be together or not. But in a surprising scene when Micah meets up with Paul’s mom for a drink, she finds out that Paul is talking to someone new. Though he doesn’t reveal who this person is, Paul refers to them as “dating” while speaking to his mom in another scene. This, understandably, throws Micah off and leaves her feeling confused. She realizes there must’ve been some overlap where Paul was sort of dating — or at least talking to — both women.

At the end of Love is Blind: After the Altar season 4, Paul and Micah get to talk face-to-face during a group event and agree to move on. Micah explains that she has a lot of love for Paul, but she can’t keep playing this game of back and forth. She handles the situation with such maturity, and Paul just basically goes along with it. She still has feelings for him and can’t handle being just friends at this time.

Who is Paul Peden from Love is Blind dating now?

Those keeping up with the Love is Blind contestants on social media will know that Paul has since gone Instagram official with his girlfriend, a woman named Geneva Dunham. They have shared several photos and videos with one another on their pages, dating back to May 31.

Considering the married couples of the season are shown celebrating their one-year anniversary on After the Altar, we have to assume they filmed around May 2023. Paul and Geneva then went Instagram official at the end of the month, so it looks like Paul wasted no time after his conversation with Micah to take the next step with the woman he was seeing.

Currently, Micah is no longer following Paul on Instagram while he still follows her, signaling that she’s definitely moving on.
