3. Cobra Kai

Outer Banks is full of twists, turns, and gut punches. Cobra Kai is similar but in a more karate-type of way! The Karate Kid spinoff is one of the most successful teen Netflix shows. It has an incredible cast and follows the relationship between Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), the villain, and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio). Cobra Kai season 6 is officially in the works at Netflix.

Unfortunately, Cobra Kai season 6 is delayed because of the WGA strike and the SAG strike. Production was supposed to begin in May 2023, but that was delayed because of the writers’ strike. A few months later, the actors went on strike. Now, we’re waiting for Netflix and the AMPTP to make a deal with the writers’ and actors’ unions so production can finally start.

Cobra Kai season 6 is the final season of the hit series, but it sounds like there’s a chance that we’re see some Cobra Kai spinoffs on Netflix in the near future.

When we find out more about Cobra Kai season 6, we’ll be sure to let you know. For now, settle and watching another Netflix series that kicks butt while you wait for Outer Banks season 4.
