Record of Ragnarok is a huge hit on Netflix, and we have great news for fans of Record of Ragnarok season 2!

There are more episodes of Record of Ragnarok coming to Netflix very soon. The first half of the season premiered on Jan. 26, 2023. Well, it’s more than the first half of the season actually. Netflix released 10 episodes of Record of Ragnarok season 2 during the first month of the year.

Record of Ragnarok is based on a Japanese manga of the same name written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui.

Record of Rangarok season 2 part 2 is coming to Netflix on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. New episodes of Netflix shows almost always drop at 12:00 a.m. PT. You can watch Record of Ragnarok season 2 part 2 at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET on July 12.

If you live in Japan, you can watch Record of Ragnarok just after 5:00 p.m. JST on Wednesday, July 12.

How many episodes are in Record of Ragnarok season 2 part 2?

There are only five episodes in Record of Ragnarok season 2 part 2, which is five episodes fewer than part 1. We’re not sure why Netflix split the season with 10 episodes coming in January and only five episodes coming in July, but that’s how it’s happening.

Record of Ragnarok season 2 consists of 15 episodes, total.

Will there be a Record of Ragnarok season 3?

As of July 2023, we’ve yet to hear if Record of Ragnarok season 2 part 2 will be the final episodes of the series. Based on how popular the anime is and the fact that it’s a Netflix original, we’re assuming Record of Ragnarok season 3 will happen on Netflix. It’s just a matter of when, but we’re still waiting for official confirmation via Netflix.

There’s obviously a lot more to the story! They aren’t going to wrap up all 18 manga volumes in 27 episodes.

Where to watch Record of Ragnarok

The first two seasons of Record of Ragnarok are currently streaming on Netflix. That’s where they’ll be, I’m assuming, forever or until Netflix loses the rights. We’re not privy to the licensing deals, but since Record of Ragnarok is a Netflix original series, it will be available to stream on Netflix for a long time.

How many episodes of Record of Ragnarok are there so far?

Right now, there are 22 episodes of Record of Ragnarok available to stream on Netflix. There were 12 episodes in the first season, which was released on Netflix on Sept. 8, 2021. Fans had to wait a long time until Record of Ragnarok season 2 premiered on Netflix in January 2023. There were 10 episodes in the first half of the season. As mentioned, there are five episodes in Record of Ragnarok season 2 part 2.

What is Record of Ragnarok rated?

Record of Ragnarok is rated TV-MA, according to Netflix, so it’s up to parents whether they want their kids to watch or not. TV-MA usually is not deemed appropriate for children.

Is the Record of Ragnarok manga over?

No! Even after 18 volumes, Record of Ragnarok continues! The new volume will be released in Japan on July 20, 2023.

Unfortunately, the US versions are a little behind. So far, only six of the volumes have been released in the US. The next volume release is scheduled for July 18, 2023, and it’s for Vol. 7.
