Netflix released a press release recently announcing its plans for Big Mouth and its spinoff Human Resources. One notable item that fans have to look forward to is more animated content from Brutus Pink, the acclaimed production company from Nick Kroll, Jennifer Flackett, Mark Levin, and Andrew Goldberg, responsible for bringing us these beloved adult animated series. Netflix renewed their overall deal with Brutus Pink, though we don’t have any details about their next projects yet.

Is Human Resources season 3 happening?

If you’re eager to see more of the monsters and creatures from the world of Big Mouth and Human Resources, then we’ve got some good news and bad news to share with you. Netflix has decided to end both shows. Human Resources season 2 is now the second and final season of the adult animated series.

However, the good news is that we’ll get some closure from these characters and their journeys in the following seasons of Big Mouth. In the press release shared by Netflix, they said, “characters and stories from Human Resources will flow into the final seasons of Big Mouth.”

Big Mouth season 7 will premiere later in 2023, and then it will be followed by the eighth and final season at some point in 2024, bringing the flagship animated show to a close and making it the longest-running series in Netflix history.
