A spinoff of the 2019 movie of the same name, The Gentlemen gives rise to a new batch of colorful Guy Ritchie characters with a charming duo at its center, portrayed by Theo James and Kaya Scodelario. 

Newly-crowned Duke of Halstead Eddie Horniman finds himself at the epicenter of the drug business when his father passes and leaves him his family's entire estate, including a dairy farm conveniently housing one of several marijuana grow houses belonging to the Glass family empire. Eddie's first order of business is to divest his family from all business dealings with the criminal dealings, but extricating himself from the deal his father made will be easier said than done. 

Eddie finds himself torn between two realities, the one where he really does kick Susie and her business off his land, and the one where he slowly begins to enjoy his dealings with the criminal underworld. It turns out, he's actually quite good at it. His and Susie's arc heads in several fun, adventurous, and sometimes silly, directions throughout the eight-episode first season, with all of the snarky dialogue and gangster violence that fans have come to expect from Ritchie's projects.
