Perfect Match: Are Shayne and Chloe still together?

Netflix’s latest dating competition series Perfect Match has dominated the streaming service for the past few weeks as new episodes rolled out every Tuesday in February. On February 28, the final four episodes of the season were released, and viewers got to see which couples made it to the end and which couple was crowned the “perfect match.”

Now that the cat is out of the bag, we can discuss the various pairings on the show, including Chloe Veitch and Shayne Jansen. Shayne and Chloe had an instant connection when they were put on a date midway through the season, but when Chloe’s ex-boyfriend Mitchell Eason showed up at the house, it threw a significant wrench in the new couple’s relationship.

Chloe chose to rekindle things with her ex, sending Shayne home. But Chloe was in for a rude awakening when Mitchell revealed he had no interest in a serious relationship, making Chloe realize she’d made a big mistake. Later, she chooses to put herself on a date with Shayne, bringing him back into the fold.

And while it took some work, Chloe and Shayne managed to get back on the same page and were one of the strongest couples by the end of season 1. They have no shortage of fans on social media. Even though they didn’t win, fans are dying to know if the pair is still together.

Shayne and Chloe are no longer together. Actually, none of the couples from Perfect Match appear to be together anymore. The three main couples (Shayne and Chloe; Kariselle and Joey; Dom and Georgia) all spoke to Today to reveal the status of their current relationships and each one revealed they had since broken up.

Chloe said the “bubble” popped when she and Shayne were no longer on the show.

"She continues, “When I decided to make him my perfect match, I was feeling very hopeful. When we got outside of the villa, the bubble that we had around us just popped.”"

It’s likely that the long distance between them also put a strain on their relationship, as Chloe is from the UK while Shayne is from Chicago.
