Netflix Triptych cast: Who stars in the Mexican thriller series?

We have the perfect show for you to binge-watch this weekend! It’s a thriller series called Triptych, and it’s available to stream on Netflix. But before you start your binge session, we want to tell you who you can expect to see in the new show. You might even recognize some of the actors from other projects.

Triptych is a Mexican Netflix original created by screenwriter Leticia López Margalli. You might know Margalli as the creator of another Netflix show called Dark Desire.

The show takes place in Mexico. It’s about a forensics agent named Rebecca, who after finding out she was separated at birth from her two identical sisters, embarks on a journey to search for clues and uncover the truth behind her own identity. However, her search for answers puts her in harm’s way.

The thriller series is inspired by actual events, but it’s unclear what exactly the show is based on. However, it’s believed to be based on the true story of Eddy Galland, David Kellman, and Bobby Shafran, three triplet brothers separated at birth who coincidently reunite as adults.

Maite Perroni leads the cast as forensic expert Rebecca. She also plays Rebecca’s identical twin sisters, Aleida and Tamara. Perroni is best known for her role as Guadalupe ‘Lupita’ Fernandez in the Mexican telenovela Rebelde and her role as Alma Solares in Dark Desire.

However, you might also know her from her roles in the TV shows Don’t Mess with an Angel, Burden of Guilt, Triunfo del amor, Cachito de cielo, The Stray Cat, Anything But Plain, Papá a Toda Madre, Herederos por accidente and El juego de las llaves. She also reprised her role as Alma in an episode of Netflix’s Who Killed Sara?
