Now after watching the season 3 sneak peek, we’re more than ready to see how the story continues. But what surprised us the most in the almost nine-minute video was the short but sweet scene between Cleo and Pope (Carlacia Grant and Jonathan Daviss).

When Cleo and Pope met in the second season, fans noticed there was some sort of connection between the two, even if they didn’t get off on the right foot at first. And although we don’t see them get together in the second season, many fans hoped they’d see their friendship blossom into a relationship in Outer Banks season 3. In fact, Carlacia Grant, who plays Cleo, even wanted to see her character and Pope become an item in the third season.

Well, it looks like the fans’ wishes may have been granted based on the short clip from the season 3 sneak peek video. We don’t know if Cleo and Pope will actually get together in Outer Banks season 3, but we have an inkling that they will. Or maybe we’ll see the buildup to a relationship, and then they’ll officially get together in Outer Banks season 4.

It appears Carlacia is single, but it’s unclear if she’s ready to mingle. She hasn’t been rumored to be with anyone nor has she been spotted out with anyone in a romantic way. We’ve scrolled through her social media accounts and can’t find any clues as to who she could possibly be dating either. So our guess is that she’s not currently in a relationship.
