A new week is here and that means Netflix is adding new movies and shows to its lineup. They aren’t adding a ton of new things this week but there still might be one or two things you may be interested in. The new additions include a thriller movie, a new spin-off, and a new season of a baking show.

The first new movie coming to Netflix this week is The Devil to Pay. The movie hits the streaming service on Monday, Jan. 16, 2023. It stars Danielle Deadwyler, Catherine Dyer, Jayson Warner Smith, and Adam Boyer.

The film follows a mother in an isolated Appalachian community who, after her husband dies, must save her son from the matriarch of one of the oldest families on the mountain.

That ’90s Show is also headed to Netflix this week. It starts streaming on Thursday, Jan. 19. It’s a spin-off of That ’70s Show and begins in 1995 with Leia Forman visiting her grandparents, Red and Kitty, for the summer. While there, she bonds with the kids of her parents’ friends in Point Place, Wisconsin. We see Eric and Donna’s kid and Kelso and Jackie’s kid as well as a few new characters.

And, of course, all the stars of That ’70s show are also back including Topher Grace, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Laura Prepon, and Wilmer Valderrama.

Bake Squad is also back for season 2 this week. The baking show returns on Friday, Jan. 20, and brings back the four bakers we fell in love with in season 1: Ashley Holt, Gonzo Jimenez, Christophe Rull, and Maya-Camille Broussard. Host Christina Tosi also returns.

In each episode, the bakers are tasked with making showstopping masterpieces that fit a specific event for a client. Whoever meets the client’s needs the best is picked and the audience gets to see how everyone at the party responded to their creation. This is one of the most supportive baking shows on Netflix.
