Get ready to chant “we’re all alright!” in the new year. Netflix officially dropped the full trailer for That ’90s Show, the highly anticipated spinoff sequel to the fan favorite sitcom That ’70s Show. The updated take on the original arrives in January 2023.

In the new sitcom, Eric and Donna’s daughter Leia (Callie Haverda) visits her grandparents, Red and Kitty Forman, in Point Place, Wisconsin in the summer of 1995. She stays in her father’s childhood home for the summer and finds her own gang to come of age with in that iconic basment.

Since its announcement by Netflix, That ’90s Show has had fans ecstatic to reunite with the old gang from the beloved classic, and the trailer gave us our first glimpses of Eric, Donna, Jackie, Kelso, and Fez as adults in the ’90s. Watch the clip below!

That ’90s Show trailer brings back That ’70s Show cast

Much like Netflix’s revivals of Arrested Development and Full House, the trailer for That ’90s Show shows off fan service at its best. There are so many cameo appearances from the characters we know and love, including Donna’s wacky father Bob and Tommy Chong as Leo.

Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp are better than ever as Red and Kitty, not missing a beat since That ’70s Show ended in 2006. But it’s the original cast of teens, now all grown up, that will have longtime fans returning for the spinoff. We have to see what they’re up to now, after all.

The trailer teases Fez’s new career as a hairdresser as Chez Fez, Eric and Donna as doting parents to Leia, and Kelso and Jackie looking professional in suits. We’ll have to wait and see what else our favorite characters are up to, and see which of the new generation will be our new favorites.

Don’t miss the premiere of That ’90s Show on Thursday, Jan. 19, only on Netflix! What are you looking forward to most from the new spinoff sequel?
