Major spoilers for The School for Good and Evil below.
The School for Good and Evil ending: Do Agatha and Sophie defeat Rafal?
Yes! It all goes down at the School Master’s tower. Shortly after Sophie is pierced in the chest with the Storian, Tedros arrives and tries to sneak up on Rafal to kill him, but Rafal feels his presence and counterattacks. Then, as Rafal is about to kill Tedros, Sophie uses the little power she does have at the moment to command Excalibur to go to Agatha. While in the air, Agatha grabs the sword and slices through Rafal. Rafal begins to bleed out profusely and then poofs into a bunch of black feathers.
Does Sophie die in The School for Good and Evil?
Luckily, Sophie does not die. After she was struck by the Storian, I thought she was done for, but Agatha revived her by kissing her. A true love kiss between two friends is what ultimately saved Sophie from dying.
Do Agatha and Sophie return to Gavaldon?
Yes, the best friends do return home. Once Sophie is revived by Agatha’s kiss, she tells her that they should go home. Agatha’s kiss set them free and opened a portal back to Gavaldon. They enter the portal hand in hand and return to Gavaldon. When they made it back home, their parents greeted them with open arms. Also, the fairy tale world had been changed forever with the School for Good and the School for Evil coming together to unite as one.
Do Agatha and Tedros end up together?
No, Agatha and Tedros do not end up together. Although Agatha had feelings for Tedros, she decided to leave him behind in the fairy tale world to return home with her best friend. However, she does leave him with the parting words, “I hope we’ll see each other again someday.” Since this film is based on a novel that is a part of a book series, we could possibly see them together in a potential sequel.
