Netflix’s Heartbreak High cast: Who’s in the teen series?

The popular Australian teen series Heartbreak High has been given a reboot at Netflix and it’s set to premiere on Sept. 14. If you’re excited to watch the reboot, then you must know who’s all in the cast!

Heartbreak High is an upcoming Netflix original series created by Hannah Carroll Chapman. As mentioned above, it’s a reimagining of the 1994 series of the same name, which ran for seven seasons.

The reboot centers around a new group of teens who attend the multicultural Sydney high school, Hartley High. When a map that charts all the secret hook-ups in the school is discovered, its author, Amerie, becomes an instant pariah. After losing her best friend, Amerie befriends two other outcasts who help her repair her reputation while she also navigates love, sex, and heartbreak.

So, who’s in the Heartbreak High cast? We’ve provided the complete cast list right below!

Ayesha Madon portrays the role of Amerie, a quick-witted and rebellious young teen who finds herself in deep trouble after a secret map she created is discovered. You might know Madon from her roles in the comedy miniseries The Moth Effect and the theatre productions of Fangirls and Romeo and Juliet.

James Majoos plays Darren, one of the outsiders Amerie befriends. Majoos is known for their roles in Fangirls, Vivid White and Grand Horizons. Then, there’s Chloe Hayden, who portrays Quinni. Quinni is the other outsider Amerie becomes friends with. Hayden is best known for her roles in Jeremy The Dud, Sister From The South and Embrace Kids.

Lastly, we have Asher Yasbincek, who plays Harper. Harper was Amerie’s best friend before the secret map was exposed. You might recognize Yasbincek from her roles in The Heights, Rams and How To Please A Woman.
