Since its premiere in 2017, Ozark has been one of the most critically acclaimed original series on Netflix. To boot, it’s also a fan-favorite that brought in millions of hours viewed with each of its four seasons.

The series came to an end with its two-part final season in 2022, and immediately after seeing the fourth and final season, the Emmys nearly nominated themselves. From Julia Garner’s stunning performance in season 4 to the execution of the ending, it was made for Emmy gold.

But how many Emmys has Ozark been nominated for, and how many Emmys has the show won? Here’s the rundown of the Netflix show’s Emmy nominations and wins.

How many Emmys did Ozark win?

Throughout four seasons of the series, Ozark landed a whopping total of 44 nominations. As of September 2022, the series has net a grand total of four wins, three of which went to Julia Garner. The other Emmy win went to Jason Bateman for his directing in season 2.

Ozark Emmy Award wins and nominations 2018 (season 1)

After the drama series made its premiere on Netflix in July 2017, the series became a cult hit before later breaking out into a huge mainstream favorite later on. Being so, the first season only received four Emmy Award nominations and no wins.

The second season of the series picked up its most high-profile Emmy Award nomination yet with Outstanding Drama Series, but the total number of nominations was still rather modest compared to the huge return the following year. Season 2 also picked up its first two Emmy wins.

Ozark Emmy Award wins and nominations 2020 (season 3)

The third season picked up the biggest lot of Emmy nominations with 18 total nods, ranging from acting to behind these scenes recognition. Again, Julia Garner picked up a win for her performance as Ruth Langmore, which was the sole win for season 3.

Ozark Emmy Award wins and nominations 2022 (season 4)

For the final season, Ozark continued to add an impressive amount of Emmy nominations to its collection. Unfortunately, the series didn’t pick up any wins at the Creative Arts Emmys. Julia Garner won her third Emmy for her performance as Ruth.
