Senior Year synopsis

The comedy film is about a 37-year-old woman (Rebel Wilson) who wakes up from a 20-year coma and returns to her old high school in hopes of regaining her status as a popular cheerleader and becoming prom queen.

In a press release, Wilson described this movie as “the wildly funny love child of Bring It On and Never Been Kissed.” I don’t know about you, but those two movies are iconic. So, it looks like Senior Year is going to be one of the best comedies of the year.

Here is the official logline via Netflix:

"After a cheerleader falls off a pyramid and into a 20 year coma, she wakes up as a 37-year-old woman, ready to return to high school, regain her status and claim the prom queen crown that eluded her."
