Colby Kissinger is one of the contestants on Netflix’s new reality dating show The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, co-hosted by Vanessa and Nick Lachey. Colby is starting the show with his girlfriend of 1 1/2 years, Madlyn Riley Ballatori. Colby issued an ultimatum on their relationship, meaning Madlyn will have to decide whether or not she wants to commit to him or move on with someone else.

Throughout the first season of The Ultimatum, six couples will have to decide their future by dating other people. Over the course of nine episodes (and one reunion special), they will decide if they want to marry the person they arrived with or move on with someone new.
