Netflix is adding 54 new movies and shows this week

A new week is here and now that you’ve binge-watched Bridgerton once or twice, you may be looking for something new to watch on Netflix. Luckily, there are quite a few new movies and shows coming to the streaming service. Not all of them are brand new but they might be new to you.

This week brings a few new Netflix Original movies and a new interactive series based on a phone game.

The newest movie coming to Netflix is The Bubble. It’s hitting the streaming service on Friday, April 1, 2022. The movie follows a group of actors who are stuck inside a pandemic bubble at a hotel and while there, they must finish a film.

The film stars Karen Gillan, Pedro Pascal, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Mann, Iris Apatow, Maria Bamford, Benedict Cumberbatch, Fred Armisen, Rob Delaney, and Maria Bakalova.

Captain Nova is also coming to Netflix on Friday, April 1, 2022. The movie tells the story of a fighter pilot who travels back in time to warn the people of an environmental disaster and try to stop it from happening. But when she goes to the past, she also becomes young again and no one believes anything she says.

Netflix is also bringing an interactive series to their service. Trivia Quest is based on the phone game, Trivia Crack. It tests your knowledge of history, art, science, sports, and entertainment and includes multiple difficulty levels. If you think you know your stuff, you might be surprised when you get to the hard questions.
