The Witcher season 2 dropped in December 2021 but fans are already eager to find out more about the previously announced The Witcher season 3. Netflix’s Witcher universe is expanding at an almost rapid pace, with several spinoff projects in the works along with at least one animated film.

We know the third season is already filming, although it probably won’t release until 2023 at least. The good news is that The Witcher: Blood Origin is supposed to come out at some point this year, so at least we won’t be complete without any new Witcher stories this year!

Updated April 14, 2022
