The neo-noir psychological thriller directed by Academy Award winner Guillermo del Toro Nightmare Alley has plenty of star power to help bring its intriguing tale to life, and many Netflix subscribers want to know if it is one of the many exceptional choices available on the streaming service.

Nightmare Alley is actually an adaptation of the novel of the same name published in 1946 and written by author William Lindsay Graham. This is the second time the book has been turned into a full-length feature, with the first being the version released in theaters in 1947. The story for the 2021 movie follows an ambitious carny that has a real knack for taking advantage of people and manipulating marks with just a few well-chosen terms.

But when he teams up with a conniving psychiatrist that is more dangerous than he is, things start to spiral out of control. Brining this excellent endeavor to life is a talented cast of big-name stars, including Bradley Cooper, Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Mary Steenburgen, Willem Dafoe, Toni Collette, Ron Perlman, Tim Blake Nelson, Holt McCallany, David Strathairn, and Richard Jenkins.

Is Nightmare Alley on Netflix?

Fans should know that the news as to whether or not the crime drama directed by the one and only Guillermo del Toro is an option on the streaming service is going to feel like having a bad dream on a back street. Unfortunately, Nightmare Alley is not available on Netflix.

But there are other options within the genre ready to stream. Some of the other exceptional crime dramas are available on Netflix right now for subscribers to enjoy include Rogue City, The Devil All the Time, Triple 9, and Law Abiding Citizen, just to name a few.
