In 2018, Netflix announced that Guillermo del Toro would be developing a horror anthology series, and earlier this summer, it was announced that filming had begun. Deadline is now reporting that casting has been announced for the series.

The original title for the series was Guillermo del Toro Presents 10 After Midnight and has now been retitled to Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities.

Cabinet of Curiosities will consist of 10 episodes, two of which are del Toro originals. Netflix has stated that these tales will challenge our traditional notions of horror.

There have been no synopses released for the individual episodes or any indication of what any of these stories are about other than a horror theme that are “sinister stories, each more horrifying than the next.”
