Halloween Kills is the latest chapter of the once again rebooted franchise featuring Michael Myers, and undoubtedly some Netflix subscribers would most assuredly be curious to know if other flicks in the series are available, especially the Rob Zombie Halloween movies.

Zombie is notoriously known for going all out with his films, which means plenty of gore and jaw-dropping moments, to say the least. House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects are extreme motion pictures, and many people were intrigued at the news that he would be giving the world his cinematic version of John Carpenter’s Halloween.

The 2007 Halloween offered a harrowing origin story for the future masked killer and a much more intense take on his murder spree. A sequel continued the story focusing on the connection between Laurie and Michael, who have similar psychological problems. The cast for both endeavors was exceptional as it saw the return of Daniel Harris, star of Halloween 4 and 5, to the franchise. Also on the roster was Malcolm McDowell as Dr. Loomis and Scout Taylor-Compton as Laurie Strode.

These under-appreciated horror gems are some of the best the franchise has to offer, and it makes sense everybody, especially those that subscribe to Netflix, would be excited to see if they are available to enjoy.

Neither of the Rob Zombie Halloween movies are available on Netflix. The absence of the infamous filmmaker’s take on The Shape is, without a doubt, a swift kick to the gut, but it should be noted that the streamer has other options perfectly fit to scare any subscribers into hiding under the covers in fear.

Netflix may be known for award-winning films and family-friendly content, but it definitely has a few nightmare-inducing titles on the roster as well. Some of these frightening features include Blood Red Sky, #Alive, Things Heard & Seen, and the Fear Street trilogy, which are all ready to stream now.
