Netflix is adding 30 new movies and shows this week

A new week is here and that means Netflix is adding a bunch of new movies and shows to their lineup.  This week brings a new season of a popular Netflix Original series, the last season of a Showtime series, and a new season of a fan-favorite thriller series.

The Baby-Sitters Club is back for season 2! It hits Netflix on Monday, Oct. 11. 2021. The show is adapted from the book series by Ann M. Martin.

The series follows a group of friends, Kristy, Claudia, Stacey, Mary Anne, and Dawn, who start a babysitting agency where they sell their kid-watching services to the parents in the neighborhood.

The series also follows the friends as they deal with school, family issues, friendship struggles, love, and so much more.

The 11th and final season of Showtime’s Shameless is also coming to Netflix this week on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021. The show follows the unconventional Gallagher family. The father, Frank, isn’t must of a father at all as an alcoholic and a criminal.

In past seasons, the kids have relied on the eldest Fiona to raise them, but now that she’s no longer there, it’s up to the rest of the five to raise themselves. They may all be adults now (and some of them with families) but that doesn’t mean they act any more mature.

Season 11 is all about keeping out gentrifiers by making the neighborhood less safe again. That’s one way to do it, I guess.

You season 3 is also coming to the streaming service this week. It hits Netflix on Friday, Oct. 15. Joe and Love have moved to the suburbs to start a family but if you think that means Joe is going to stop being a homicidal maniac, you’d be dead wrong (pun intended).

A baby might be coming into the picture, but that’s not going to stop Joe from doing what he does best. Stalking and killing people. And don’t worry, Love is going to get in on the killing action too!
