We’ve finished Outer Banks season 2, and we’re searching for anything Outer Banks related to keep us sane while we wait for Netflix to confirm Outer Banks season 3. Of course, Chase Stokes is the first cast member to take our minds off of the hit teen drama by posting a playful photo on his Instagram.

Yes, we would have preferred a cutesy photo of Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline relaxing on the beach, sipping Mai Tai’s, but this photo will have to do.

We’re not sure if this is a new photo or if he took it while filming season 2 of Outer Banks, but it’s a cool photo nonetheless.

In Pogue fashion, he has his surfboard and bandana tied around his neck. The look helps us understand how Madelyn Cline fell for him in the first place. He’s swoon-worthy and truly a catch!

Surprisingly, the beautiful scenic background pushes Chase Stokes to the foreground, makes him stand out, and makes us want to be where he is. However, it’s him sticking his tongue out at the camera with his squinted eyes that got us!

It’s such a playful photo that cheers us right up. It’s almost as if Chase knew that we were feeling sad about season 3 and needed a pick-me-up and reminder that good news is coming soon. He left a simple heart emoji as the caption, which made us feel content.

When we saw one of our favorite Pogues comment on Chase Stokes’s photo, we were ecstatic. Jonathan Daviss, who portrays Pope Heyward on the Netflix original series, commented, “SURFIN USA.” The comment was very simple, but we love to see Pogues supporting Pogues!
