How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)

This Netflix original coming-of-age series released its third season this week. How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) is a German dramedy based on a true story in Leipzig, Germany, in 2015. According to Vice.com, the 20-year-old, Maximilian S., was found guilty of selling 914 kg of drugs over the darknet and clearnet.

The series takes place in the fictional town of Rinseln in Germany, and the story is told from the main character Moritz Zimmermann’s (Maximilian Mundt) perspective. Moritz and his friend Lenny (Danilo Kamperidis) are on a mission to reconnect Moritz with his ex-girlfriend Lisa (Anna Lena Klenke). They decide to create an online business where they sell ecstasy online. The business booms, and the boys end up being the largest drug traffickers in Europe.

The series also stars Damian Hardung, Luna Baptiste Schaller, Leonie Wesselow and Bjarne Mädel.

It is an interesting comedy that is an unusual and interesting story about friendship.

All American

Another series that released a new season this week is the CW’s All American. This series is a sports drama that got its inspiration from the life of Spencer Paysinger, an American football player who was an undrafted free agent.

Daniel Ezra plays Spencer James, a gifted high school football player from South Crenshaw High recruited to the Beverly Hills High team. The story unfolds the ups and downs of two very different worlds as they collide.

When coach Billy Baker (Taye Diggs) recruits James, he is reluctant to accept. With encouragement from his mother, Grace (Karimah Westbrook) and his best friend, Coop (Bre-Z), he proceeds to move in with Coach Baker and his family. This situation weighs heavy on both families while trying to do what is best for both.

The series also stars Greta Onieogou, Samantha Logan, Michael Evans Behling, Cody Christian, Monét Mazur, Jalyn Hall and Chelsea Tavares.

All American has been renewed for a fourth season.
