The Last Letter from Your Lover is coming to Netflix: July 23, 2021

The summer movie boom is upon us with fresh blockbusters like Black Widow and Space Jam: A New Legacy heating up the big screen. Of course, if you’re not going to the movie theater this summer, there are plenty of new movies on Netflix, like the romantic drama The Last Letter from Your Lover.

Based on the novel of the same name by Me Before You author Jojo Moyes, The Last Letter from Your Lover stars Felicity Jones as a young journalist named Ellie Haworth, who happens upon a series of love letters from the 1960s that tell the tale of socialite Jennifer Stirling, played by Shailene Woodley, and her star-crossed affair.

The period romantic drama also stars Callum Turner, Nabhaan Rizwan, Joe Alwyn and Ncuti Gatwa in supporting roles throughout the tale of love stories on different timelines. If you’re a fan of romantic movies and have shed a few tears to titles like The Notebook and To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, this one should be on your watch list.

Thankfully, the film finally premieres this July on Netflix, you’re not going to want to miss the premiere of the heartwarming tale.
