Elite tells the story of teens, including Samuel, Nadia, and Christian, who end up going to a private school after their school collapses. The school is filled with rich kids. They do not exactly get along and that conflict leads to…MURDER!

The Spanish thriller show is a hit on Netflix and has a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Clearly, people love this show. A teen show with that high a rating?? That’s amazing! Most teen shows (Riverdale) are in the 80s.

The series stars Itzan Escamilla, Omar Ayuso, Miguel Bernardeau, Arón Piper, Mina El Hammani, Claudia Salas, and more.

The show switches between the past and the present where we learn about a murder or a disappearance at the beginning of the season and then learn about the events that led up to the tragedy as the show goes on.

It also follows the lives of each teen and how they navigate the complicated and sometimes dangerous world of an elite school. Rivalries, drama, attraction, and murder. What more could you want?!

The show has released 4 seasons on Netflix so far with the fourth season being a bit of a reboot where some of the cast stayed but a bunch of new characters were added into the mix as well. Season 5 is set to release sometime in 2022.
