Is Country Comfort canceled?

What we’re expecting: Canceled

If The Crew missed the mark at Netflix, the same could be said about Country Comfort starring Katherine McPhee. It’s not that Country Comfort is bad, necessarily. It’s just not very popular, and that’s what it takes to get Netflix to pick up the series for another season.

Country Comfort premiered on Netflix on March 19, 2021, so we have a few more weeks to see how things go. Netflix usually waits at least two months from the release date to share renewal or cancellation news.

Country Comfort has been included in the daily Netflix Top 10, but it’s been toward the bottom of the list. Who Killed Sara has been much more popular, and now, a bunch of shows have jumped to the top of the list.

I wouldn’t be super surprised if Country Comfort is renewed for season 2. Netflix has done that with shows like that in the past, but it’s going to be a close call.
