Lucifer star D.B. Woodside has thrown Lucifans a bone with details about what’s to come in Lucifer season 5 part 2, teasing chaos, and more! Here’s what the Lucifer star had to say.

As previously reported, Lucifer season 5 part 2 is not coming to Netflix in April 2021. Bummer! But hey, that’s one month down, it’ll be here before we know it! In the meantime, though, a few teasers would be great to hold us over. And the Devil’s very handsome brother has provided us with just that!

The source spoke with Woodside, who plays our favorite TV brother, Amenadiel, one of the characters who have shown the most growth in the series. After all, Amenadiel used to not want anything to do with humans and the human world. Now look at him, the father of a half-mortal.

What do the episodes ahead have in store for Amenadiel and fans? And did we mention Woodside tried his hand at directing? Season 5 part 2 will feature his directorial debut, and we’re so excited to watch!

What to expect in Lucifer season 5 part 2

Woodside reveals that Lucifer season 5 part 2 will be picking up “two seconds” from where things ended. So there won’t be any skipping around, we’ll get to see how God (Dennis Haysbert) handles his quarreling children, as well as each of their reactions to their father’s appearance.

Speaking only on behalf of his character, Woodside shares that Amenadiel is “absolutely humiliated” as he is very ashamed to be the oldest and should be setting an example instead of fighting.

Aw, don’t be too hard on yourself, Amenadiel! Let’s not forget, Michael threatened your son. And you don’t mess with children! Could this have been avoided, though? Sure! But there’s no going back now.
