Bad Trip starring Eric Andre is coming to Netflix tonight

Just over a year ago, comedian Eric Andre was getting ready to premiere his new movie at the South by Southwest festival, which was to be followed by a theatrical release in April 2020. Of course, I’m sure you can piece together what happened next. The COVID-19 pandemic quickly shut down film productions and the release of new films, with some going straight to streaming services and others being postponed indefinitely. As for Bad Trip, a movie co-written by and starring Eric Andre, it was shelved until it was sold to Netflix.

Finally, fans of the eccentric comedian are about to be able to watch Bad Trip, a film that is surely going to bring some big laughs. Alongside Andre, the prank movie stars Lil Rel Howery (Get Out, Tag) and Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip, Night School). Haddish actually asked for a role in the movie, Eric Andre explained while a guest on Steve-O’s Wild Ride, which worked out perfectly considering an actress had dropped out.
