Is 3096 Days on Netflix?

Fans of gripping dramas based on true stories might be interested in checking out 3096 Days. The German film which was released back in 2013 follows the abduction of real-life person Natascha Kampusch, who was held captive for just over eight years, or more specifically 3096 days. Since escaping in 2006, Kampusch has been very open with the public about her experience, and even wrote a book which served as the inspiration for the film. Her kidnapper, Wolfgang Přiklopil, died of suicide after Kampusch escaped.

3096 Days stars Antonia Campbell-Hughes as Natascha Kampusch and Thure Lindhardt as Wolfgang Přiklopil. Although it’s a captivating story, the film premiered to less-than-pleasant reviews. Over on Rotten Tomatoes, it doesn’t have a score based on critics, but it does have a pretty low 47% from the Audience Score. Nevertheless, if you want to find out where you can watch the movie, we have all the information you need.

Where to watch 3096 Days

Unfortunately for movie watchers in America, 3096 Days is not currently streaming on Netflix. In fact, it’s rather difficult to find this movie in the U.S. You have the option to buy the movie on Amazon for just shy of $20, but it is not streaming on Amazon Prime Video. It is not currently streaming anywhere.

Fortunately, though, there is a documentary on Netflix all about the abduction. You can watch Natascha Kampusch in the United States right now on Netflix. There are also similar films on the platform right now, including the documentary Abducted in Plain Sight and the fictional movie Kidnapping Stella.
