Paul Bettany movies and shows

Everyone is raving about Paul Bettany these days after his exceptional work opposite Elizabeth Olsen in the Disney+ series WandaVision. Since its inception, Bettany has been playing Jarvis/Vision in the MCU, reaching all the way back to the first Iron Man. Funnily enough, almost all of his WandaVision co-stars, and MCU co-stars for that matter, have appeared in any Netflix movies or shows.

Elizabeth Olsen, his on-screen love interest, starred in the Netflix film Kodachrome, Kat Dennings voices a character in Big Mouth, Kathryn Hahn starred in Private Life, and even Randall Park appeared in Always Be My Maybe. Yet Bettany hasn’t had the chance to collaborate with Netflix. However, several of his films are available to stream on the service, including Legend, Manhunt and The Da Vinci Code. Bettany actually portrays the famed “Unabomber,” Ted Kaczynski, in the first season of Manhunt.

He plays another real-person-turned-fictional in Legend, which he stars in alongside Tom Hardy. In Legend, Bettany plays a member of the famed Richardson Gang. Then in The Da Vinci Code, based on the hit novel by Dan Brown and starring Tom Hanks, Bettany plays a Catholic monk named Silas. Will Bettany ever star in a Netflix show or film? Maybe someday, but right now, his focus seems to be entirely on Marvel.
