The new movie marks the first Netflix original project for Kunis, although you can watch Kunis in That ’70s Show on Netflix right now.

Luckiest Girl Alive is a best-selling novel written by Jessica Knoll. It was published in 2015.

The story revolves around Ani FaNelli, who will be played by Kunis in the Netflix movie, who seemingly has everything going for her in life. According to the report, Ani is contacted to be a part of a true crime documentary and share a story of something that happened years ago. In doing so, she is forced to confront the secrets of her past.

According to TheWrap, the novel has been compared to The Girl on the Train and Gone Girl. If you like those books and movies, you’re probably going to love this Netflix movie.

When is Luckiest Girl Alive coming to Netflix?

Luckiest Girl Alive has not started filming yet, not that we know of, anyway. Once production starts, we’ll have a much better idea when Luckiest Girl Alive will be released on Netflix.
