The first weekend of February is packed with great content. Here are five must-see movies on Netflix during this weekend, including Malcolm & Marie.

It’s a weekend that some people will need Netflix movies. The Super Bowl airs on Feb. 7, and not everyone out there is a fan of the sport. Luckily, Netflix has you covered with plenty of great content, whether you want romance, mystery, or something purely entertaining.

That’s what you get with the list of must-see movies on Netflix this weekend. There really is something for everyone.

Here are five Netflix movies you need to check out.

Malcolm & Marie is one of the must-see movies on Netflix this week

We start with the biggest release from last week. Malcolm & Marie dropped on Friday, Feb. 5, and it immediately had people talking. In fact, the promotional content had people talking about it.

It’s fully black and white, starring John David Washington and Zendaya. The two are the only stars in the movie, as their characters look back at their relationship which may or may not survive in the end. Just watch it. That’s all I can say.

Space Sweepers

If you’re a fan of sci-fi and love sci-fi comedy, Space Sweepers is the must-watch movie of the weekend. The movie follows the crew of the Spaceship Victory, as they find a seven-year-old girl inside the latest space shuttle debris.

She’s not human, though. She’s a human-like robot wanted by the local space guards. Now they have to decide whether to hand her over or keep her for ransom.

It’s a wild and fun ride. You won’t want to miss out.

All My Friends Are Dead

For those who are looking for a murder mystery, this Polish thriller is something to check out. All My Friends Are Dead follows a group of friends at a New Year’s Eve party.

Like any New Year’s Eve party in movies and on TV shows, there are secrets revealed. Hearts are broken, friendships are tested, and there’s a major outcome that could change the friendship group forever.

The Patriot

The last two must-see movies on Netflix this weekend come from the first-of-the-month drop. Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger are outstanding in The Patriot. Of course, you also can’t help but love to hate Jason Isaacs as Col. William Tavington.

Benjamin had a violent life, but he puts it behind him when he marries. After his wife dies, he has to raise all seven of his children and wants to avoid the American Revolutionary War at all costs. However, when his son is killed, he decides to go on a mission for revenge.

Inception

Finally, it’s all about the mystery sci-fi thriller Inception. Leonardo DiCaprio leads this outstanding cast as Cobb, a man who goes into people’s dreams—and sometimes dreams within dreams—to steal from them.

He’s a wanted man for a murder he may or may not have committed. This is a man with many secrets, and it’s not always easy to tell when he’s being truthful. When he gets a chance to get the target off his back, he’s more than willing to carry out the task.
