Must-watch shows and movies on Netflix this week: Bonding and Penguin Bloom

If you’re looking for comedy, look no further than Netflix this week. It’s all about Bonding Season 2.

The series has had a relatively quiet release, which is concerning about the future of it. That just makes it all the more important to watch as soon as it’s released.

The second season picks up off the back of the first, and the trailer gives us a great reminder of the things that happened.

Tiff and Pete are now banned from every single dungeon in New York City. That was Tiff’s way of making money and getting through school, and now she’s completely broke.

They need to find a way to rebuild their reputations, and it looks like they get a chance. However, Pete needs to consider if this is what he really wants to do when all he’s interested in is making people laugh. Is this a chance for Pete to find his passion?

Watch Bonding Season 2 from Wednesday, Jan. 27.

For those who want a good cry but also an inspirational movie, Penguin Bloom is one of the must-watch shows and movies on Netflix this week.

The movie stars Naomi Watts as Sam Bloom, who ends up paralyzed after a fall. She needs to figure out how to make her life meaningful again, but that’s hard to do when she is so focused on the past. And it naturally has a knock-on effect on her family.

When her husband (played by Andrew Lincoln) finds an injured magpie, he brings it to the family to help it heal. That gives Sam a new lease on life, as she figures out how to move forward from her injury.

Watch Penguin Bloom on Wednesday, Jan. 27.
