2. Trinkets

Based on the book of the same name by Kirsten Smith, in Trinkets stealing is the central crime. Elodie, Moe, and Tabitha are three high school girls sentenced to time in a Shoplifters Anonymous group thanks to an inability to stop compulsively stealing.

Disparate in personality, the girls develop an unlikely friendship through the meetings they attend. Their bond transcends their separate social standings–Tabitha is well-off and a popular girl, Moe is a gifted STEM student, and Elodie is the quiet new girl with a talent for singing–allowing them to find true solace among girls who understand them.

Both seasons of Trinkets is available to stream.

3. Extracurricular

Oh Ji-soo spends his school days like any other student in Extracurricular. He gets good marks and works to stay at the top of his class. But he also has a secret. When he’s not cramming for exams, Ji-soo is running an illegal business arranging client meetings for and protecting sex workers. Abandoned by his parents, it’s his only source of income, and when a fellow classmate catches onto his hustle, she blackmails him. Either the carefully constructed image Ji-soo has built comes crumbling down or he accepts a new partner-in-crime.
