The first season follows Five returning from the future with news of an impending apocalypse. They don’t have long to figure out what caused it, but can they all put their own problems with each other to one side to save the world? Is that just a little too much to ask?

One of the reasons this is one of the shows like Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is for the music. The tracks chosen for The Umbrella Academy are catchy and perfect for the scenes. However, the show doesn’t go quite as far as Sabrina for musical numbers.

One big difference between The Magicians and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina? The language and nudity. This is a show with college kids as the main characters. There’s a lot of drinking, language, violence, and more.
