Supernatural

How about a TV show that has more than 300 episodes? Want something that has a heart to a show that involves family not ending in blood? After all, isn’t that a similar message to the one Chilling Adventures of Sabrina offered?

Well, Supernatural is one of the best shows to watch right now. All 327 episodes of the series are available to binge-watch. Some people think you should skip the last episode, but not me. While I didn’t 100% love it, there were elements that worked for the overall themes of the show running up to that point.

But let’s go back to the start. Supernatural is about two brothers who hunt for monsters to protect the world. Sabrina is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for the world, but the Winchesters have done it a thousand times…at least, that’s what it feels like!

Shadowhunters

Want another show that involves witches and demons and angels? There’s an awesome TV show based on a book series on Netflix. It’s all about Shadowhunters, and it’s certainly one of the shows like Chilling Adventures of Sabrina you need to watch.

The series follows Clary Fray who finds out on her birthday that she’s from a line of human-angel hybrids known as Shadowhunters. Clary finds herself in the middle of the world of demon-hunting with no idea what’s going on after the murder of her mother, and now she has no idea who she can trust.

If you loved Sabrina for its inclusivity and diversity, you’ll love Shadowhunters for the same reason. Malec all the way! You’ll understand when you see them together.

Like CAOS, the show was canceled prematurely, but it did get time to wrap up storylines and delivered the epic wedding we all needed at the end. There are still calls to save the show just like I’m sure there will be with Sabrina in a few years’ time.
