When are Christmas movies coming to Netflix?

After Halloween, it’s officially the holiday season these days! If you needed a canary to let you know that it’s Christmastime, all you have to do is look at when Christmas movies start arriving on Netflix.

And, that happens to be right now! In fact, the first new Christmas movie on Netflix premiered at the end of October, before Halloween. That movie happened to be Holidate, starring Emma Roberts. It premiered on Netflix on Oct. 28. It included multiple holidays, so it made sense for Netflix to role out the movie around that time.

If that feels early, it probably is, but that’s the world we’re living in.

At Netflix, it’s full speed to Christmas on Netflix. Operation Christmas Drop premiered on Nov. 5. Dash and Lily, a new Netflix holiday series, premiered on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

On Nov. 13, Netflix adds Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey. And, there are a bunch of new Christmas movies coming to Netflix later this month, including The Princess Switch: Switched Again starring Vanessa Hudgens in three different roles on Nov. 19.

Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square arrives on Netflix on Nov. 22, followed by The Christmas Chronicles 2 on Nov. 25. The movie is the sequel to the first Christmas Chronicles movie starring Kurt Russell, Judah Lewis and Darby Camp. The whole gang is back for the sequel, including Goldie Hawn, who plays Mrs. Claus.

I also highly recommend watching Holiday Home Makeover, The Holiday Movies That Made Us, and Great British Baking Show: Holidays season 3.

And, those are just the new Christmas movies and shows on Netflix. There are tons of good Christmas movies and shows already streaming, including A Knight Before Christmas, The Grinch, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, A Christmas Prince, Let It Snow, and so many more.
