7 best shows that Netflix saved

Netflix is starting to make a name for itself because of all the shows that have been canceled. Before that, Netflix was the streaming network that was saving a lot of canceled shows.

Lucifer, Arrested Development, and Gilmore Girls are three of the most famous shows that Netflix saved, but there are plenty of others.

While there are so many shows that fans want Netflix to save, it’s unclear if the streaming network will continue doing so in the future. We’ll just have to wait and see.

For now, let’s take a look in the rearview mirror at some of the great shows that Netflix saved and made them even better.

Not all of the shows on this list are canceled shows. For a few options, Netflix simply took over distribution on the shows and made them Netflix originals before they could be canceled at other networks.

Did Fuller House get canceled?

Fuller House premiered on Netflix in 2016. It’s the sequel to the hit series Full House that was one of the most popular TV shows of the ’90s. The series abruptly canceled on ABC and ended without a satisfying conclusion.

Fuller House is not a straight continuation of Full House, but it’s close. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen never joined the series. Fuller House tells the story of DJ and her family following the death of her husband. DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy are the Danny, Joey, and Jesse of the series.

Almost all of the other cast members from Full House return in some capacity. The series ran for five seasons on Netflix before it ended in June 2020.

It’s hard to say if Fuller House was canceled on Netflix. I think, because of the circumstances surrounding the show, it was just time for the show to end. For that reason, I don’t think Fuller House was not canceled on Netflix. I

I know a lot of people didn’t like Fuller House, but it was one of the most popular shows on Netflix for a time.
