Will there be an Anne with an E season 4?

Anne with an E was a popular Netflix original series that ran for three seasons on the streaming network. It was a joint production between the CBC and Netflix. In Canada, the series aired on CBC, while Netflix distributed the series in the US and around the world.

The series is was canceled prior to the season 3, so luckily, the series has an ending. There’s so much story here to be explored, though, and I’m disappointed fans will not have an opportunity to see that happen… unless Netflix or another network saves the series.

As things stand, it doesn’t look like we’ll ever get to see Anne with an E season 4. It doesn’t appear that Netflix has any interest in reviving the series, although the fans would love for Netflix to save this show.

Anne with an E is based on the popular book Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery. It was adapted by Moira Walley-Beckett.

I had no idea Anne with an E was this popular, but a petition asking Netflix to save the series has more than one million signatures. That’s wild!
