Two stars of Sex Education are dating in real life

Fans of Netflix’s hit series Sex Education have been eagerly awaiting season 3 after the second season left off with several cliffhangers.

Otis (Asa Butterfield) left Maeve (Emma Mackey) a voicemail, finally admitting his love for her, only to have it deleted by her neighbor Isaac (George Robinson). Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) and Adam (Connor Swindells) addressed their feelings for one another, and Jean (Gillian Anderson) discovered that she was pregnant.

Thankfully, season 3 of Sex Education is on its way and fans will hopefully be back at Moordale before they know it.

One of my absolute favorite characters on the show is Aimee, played by actress Aimee Lou Wood. Viewers will recall the first season’s opening scene, which featured a hilarious exchange between Aimee and Adam Groff, played by Connor Swindells.

The pair are dating at the start of the pilot, but they break up soon after. However, Wood and Swindells had a little more luck than their characters, and the two actors are actually dating in real life!
