10 best Lucifer episodes to watch before season 5 premieres on Netflix

The king of Netflix, and Hell, is almost back! Lucifer season 5 premieres on Netflix Aug. 21! To pass the time, why not rewatch some of the best episodes from season 1-4?

Unless you go on a deep binge-watch, you likely only have time to watch a few of the best from the bunch! After all, there are 67 episodes available to stream so far on Netflix in season 1-4. And while those are 67 hours would be very exciting, fun, and emotional, we don’t all have the time. Instead, why not watch the top 10?

Perhaps, if we all start watching our favorite episodes of the hit showthe series will be one of the most-watched episodes on Netflix before season 5 even premieres! It wouldn’t be the first time fans of the series help get it on the Top 10 list.

The following 10 episodes weren’t easy to select! We love them all! The task to narrow down the list to only 10 was a difficult one, but I’d say we did a great job! I’m sure not everyone will agree, though, so please let us know which episode is your favorite and which you’d add or remove from our list here.

Rewatching some of our favorite episodes is also a great refresher before diving into the new episodes dropping soon.

Best Lucifer episodes: 10. Pilot

Season 1, Episode 1

While I could have saved this spot for another episode, I have to give the series a lot of credit for hooking me from the first episode! Not many shows have the ability to do that.

I’m sure you all can agree that this is one amazing pilot! It flawlessly introduces all the characters and, looking back, they have all changed. Re-watching the pilot episode of the series really highlights how much character development they have each gone through.

Another thing I love about this episode is the intro! What an entrance for Lucifer to make! Not to mention, the series makes it clear from the start that it’s going to have one awesome soundtrack. We fall in love with Lucifer’s charm and get to see his powers in action. I may be biased here, but this is one of the best pilot episodes of all time.
