13 Reasons Why season 4 and more good Netflix shows to watch this weekend

Are you looking for new episodes to watch on Netflix this weekend? We have a list of good Netflix shows right here, including 13 Reasons Why season 4 and more!

Netflix has a lot to offer for the month of June. It’s only the beginning of the month, and there are a lot of good Netflix shows and movies to watch.

Every weekend, there is always a great variety to choose from on Netflix, especially of the Netflix original series variety, and this weekend is no different. There’s something for everyone to watch!

Below, we shared the list of new Netflix shows to watch this weekend!

Good Netflix shows to watch this weekend: June 6-7

13 Reasons Why season 4

The highly anticipated final season of 13 Reasons Why is now streaming on Netflix. Fans are anxious to see how they will wind things up.

Season 4 will only have ten episodes, which is three shy of the usual 13, so things are going to get serious and move more quickly than previous seasons.

Extending the show four seasons, and only four seasons, is a good move, especially since high schools lasts four years, and this will, hopefully, take us to the character’s graduation. It is bound to be an intense season that will hopefully wrap up loose ends from previous seasons.

Hannibal season 1

When it was first announced that Hannibal would be coming to Netflix in June, the announcement stated that seasons 1-3 would be available. But, something has happened, and only season 1 was released. There seems to be no explanation as to why.

Fans are disappointed, but at least they have season 1 to tide them over until the second and third season will be added to Netflix.

If you haven’t seen the series, we highly recommend it. The show focuses on the early relationship between Dr. Hannibal Lecter and FBI profiler Will Graham.

Queer Eye season 5

Queer Eye season 5 is now streaming on Netflix, and the fifth season has 10 episodes instead of the regular eight!

The new season is set in Philadelphia, and the Fab Five have brought their A-game yet again. This season they transform a member of the clergy, a father who loves his daughter so much he wants to look his best for her wedding, a new mom trying to balance her career as a doctor and parenting, and a fish market owner to list a few of the amazing people they will introduce fans to.

And, no fear about this being the last season, Queer Eye has been renewed for season 6.

Queen of the South season 4

Queen of the South follows the story of Teresa Mendoza, played by Alice Braga. The series is based on the novel “La Reina del Sur,” written by  Arturo Pérez-Reverte.

The story revolves around Mendoza, who was forced to flee to American from Mexico after her drug dealer boyfriend is murdered. The first three seasons have been very popular with fans, and now the fourth season is available to watch or perhaps re-watch.

The series has also been renewed for a fifth season, but we don’t know when to expect to see the new season.

Season 4 originally aired on USA Network last year and will be released on Netflix on June 6.

Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj: Volume 6

Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj is back! This series releases a new episode each Sunday.

For those who don’t know, Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj is a comedic political talk show that dives deeply into important matters. The first five seasons had been filmed before a live audience. Since the release of Volume 6 on May 17 and the production stoppages due to COVID-19, the weekly shows are filmed with Minhaj in front of a green screen.

Episode 4 will be available on June 7.

So, it looks like there will be plenty of things to watch this weekend. Be sure to check back each week as we run down what is new to Netflix.
